Internet infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence

For 7 weeks we will reflect on issues that question the relationship between an increasingly digitized society and the environmental impact this entails. As part of the ‘Climate Impact of a Digitalised Society’ cycle that we co-organize with Fundación Avina, on February 1st we invite you to an online meeting entitled ‘Internet Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence’. A session that aims to reveal the infrastructure and energy resources needed to support digitization, massive data processing and most Artificial Intelligence developments, with emphasis on the ecological footprint of their processes.
